Eight years ago, I was right where you are.
I was driving home from work thinking surely this can’t be it. I was tired of the politics. I was tired of being told I was doing too much because I had high standards and expectations. I was tired of playing small to fit into others’ boxes. I was just plain tired. I knew something needed to change. I knew I needed to stop looking to other people to create the work life I wanted.
So in 2013, I started Crumbine Education Consulting s as a way of saving my sanity and charting my own course. Without a guide or knowing what I was doing, I downloaded all of the PDFs, listened to all of the podcasts, and fumbled through through the process, often feeling overwhelmed, questioning myself and my process every step of the way.
My entrepreneurial journey took longer and was harder because I was doing it alone. I didn’t have a mentor or a coach. But I made it, and what I’ve gained in the process is a freedom and fulfillment that is unmatched. How much time should I expect to devote to building my own online program?
The learning portion of the program requires about a 1.5 hour commitment, and to apply what you are learning might take up to 2-3 more hours per week. I would block off 3-4 hours of work time per week.
Is there 1:1 coaching involved in this program?
Unleashed Educator™ is a group coaching program. 1:1 support is not included unless you enrolled with the one-time payment which includes a bonus 1:1 consultation.
Is there a payment plan for the program?
If you are accepted into the Unleashed Educator group coaching program, you’ll have an option to make a one-time payment or complete your enrollment with a payment plan.
What is the refund policy?
This is a commitment you are making to yourself. Once you enroll in the Unleashed Educator program, there are no refunds.
Is Unleashed Educator™ good for me if I already have a consulting business?
Great question. To answer that I need to ask you a few questions: Does your consulting business have an online component? Do you have a marketing framework/strategy that you employ to generate business? Do you have a network of consultants/coaches who you can bounce ideas off of? Do you have a coach who can guide you through trouble spots as you build? If you answered ‘no’ to any of those questions, you should apply to the Unleashed Educator program.
