How do I know? Because 8 years ago, I was you.
In 1999, I started as a classroom teacher. Fresh out of college, single and fueled with a passion for education and equity, I didn’t get into the profession for money.
Always driven by impact, I quickly moved up the education ladder–first becoming a grade level chair, then an administrator, and then as a nonprofit executive.
But it seemed the higher up on the ladder I went, the more I spent time doing busy work that minimized my impact, demanded more and more of my time both at work and at home, and the pay hardly felt worth it.
I felt stifled. I needed more. More autonomy. More control over my time. More impact. More fulfillment.
Something had to change.
So in 2013, with nothing but a deep desire to do more with my talents and create an additional stream of income, I decided to launch Crumbine Education Consulting, my consulting business. I downloaded all of the PDFs, listened to all of the podcasts, and fumbled through through the process, often feeling overwhelmed, questioning myself and my process every step of the way.
Even though I’d been an administrator, had set a vision for, created and facilitated PD sessions, and set budgets, I didn’t know a thing about creating a business.
My entrepreneurial journey took longer and was harder because I was doing it alone. I didn’t have someone who had done what I was trying to do, someone who could give me the blueprint. If I had, maybe I’d have started my business sooner and found the freedom and fulfillment I was seeking faster.
My story doesn’t have to be yours…

A 12-month comprehensive coaching program for leaders in education who are ready to unleash their gifts and talents out into the world with their own online course or coaching business
Phase 1: Clarity
The success of business depends largely on clarity around three things: who you are and what problem you’re uniquely positioned to solve with your business, who you serve, and the structure/purpose of your business.
Phase 2: Create Content
Once you know who you are and who you’ll serve best in your business, it’s time to establish yourself as an authority, attract your people to you, and invest them in you as a coach. You do this by creating magnetic content. This includes your program curriculum, 1-2 signature pieces, a social media post framework, your sales page, and your email copy. At the end of this phase, you’ll do a soft-launch to tease your program.
Phase 3: Connection
After validating your offer, it’s time to build out your external-facing system, also known as your funnel. This includes your website, automated email system, payment processor and course hosting platform.
Phase 4: Close
By this point you’ll have the foundations of your business built, and it will be time to deliver your program and delight your clients. While you can realistically hit this phase in month six, you’ll have access to the team for a full 12 months, so we can support you through your first year in business.

When does the Unleashed Educator program start?
The program begins in January 2022, though you’ll have access to the Facebook group and some light pre-work ahead of that time. The holidays are a busy time, and we want you to be able to fully engage. This is the perfect way to start your new year with action to back up that resolution.
Is Unleashed Educator good for me if I already have a consulting business?
Great question. To answer that I need to ask you a few questions: Does your consulting business have an online component? Do you have a marketing framework/strategy that you employ to generate business? Do you have a network of consultants/coaches who you can bounce ideas off of? Do you have a coach who can guide you through trouble spots as you build? If you answered ‘no’ to any of those questions, you should apply to the Unleashed Educator program.
Is there a payment plan for the program?
If you are accepted into the Unleashed Educator group coaching program, you’ll have an option to make a one-time payment or complete your enrollment with a payment plan. However, this is not a membership. Once you enroll, you are committing to pay the full amount as listed.
What is the refund policy?
Once you enroll in the Unleashed Educator program, there are no refunds.
Is there 1:1 coaching involved in this program?
This is a group coaching program. There is no one to one included.
